These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Doiyen Content Studio and the booking of studio time, events, or related services. By booking the studio or using our facilities, you agree to comply with the policies outlined below.
Studio Use & Access
The studio is available strictly by prior booking.
Access to the studio is only permitted during the time slot reserved. All bookings must include time required for setup, preparation, breakdown, and cleanup.
Clients must vacate the premises at the end of their reserved session unless additional time has been arranged in advance.
The studio must be left in the same condition in which it was found. Failure to do so may result in additional cleaning or restoration fees.
Booking & Payment
Bookings must be made through the official booking platform or through direct confirmation with Doiyen.
Full payment is required in order to secure a booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Bookings are only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
Doiyen reserves the right to decline or reschedule bookings due to unforeseen circumstances including maintenance, safety concerns, or operational requirements.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients may request to reschedule a booking provided at least 48 hours’ notice is given prior to the scheduled session.
Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the booking may not be accommodated and may result in the loss of the booking fee.
Failure to arrive for a confirmed booking will be considered a no-show and the full booking fee will be forfeited.
Refunds are not issued except in exceptional circumstances or where required by law.
Late Arrivals
Clients are responsible for arriving on time for their booking.
Late arrival will not extend the booked session beyond the originally scheduled end time.
If a client arrives more than 15 minutes late, the session may be shortened or cancelled depending on scheduling constraints.
Additional time may be granted only if the studio schedule allows and may be subject to additional hourly fees.
Studio Rules
To maintain the quality and safety of the studio environment, the following rules apply:
• No smoking, vaping, or open flames inside the studio
• No glitter, confetti, powders, smoke bombs, body oils, or staining materials unless approved in advance
• Food and beverages must be kept away from equipment and furniture
• Children must be supervised at all times
• Furniture and props may not be removed from the premises without permission
Any damage to studio property, furniture, equipment, or decor will result in repair or replacement charges.
Events & Gatherings
All event bookings must include time for setup and cleanup within the reserved booking period.
Maximum guest capacity must be respected at all times.
Alcohol may only be permitted with prior approval and in accordance with local regulations.
Depending on the nature of the event, Doiyen may require security personnel or additional supervision.
Photography, Filming & Content Creation
Clients may use the studio for photography, videography, social media content, product shoots, or creative production.
The studio name, space, and interiors may not be used for commercial brand endorsement without permission.
Doiyen may request permission to reshare client content that features the studio for promotional purposes. Credit will always be given where appropriate.
Any commercial production requiring large crews, special equipment, or extensive setup must be disclosed at the time of booking.
Damage & Cleaning
Clients are responsible for any damage caused by themselves, their guests, crew members, or vendors.
If the studio requires excessive cleaning beyond normal use, a cleaning fee may be applied.
Damage costs will be assessed and billed accordingly.
Liability & Responsibility
Use of the studio is at the client’s own risk.
Doiyen is not responsible for personal injury, loss of property, or damage to equipment belonging to clients, guests, or vendors.
Clients are responsible for the conduct of all individuals present during their booking.
For larger productions or events, clients may be required to provide proof of insurance.
Privacy & Data Protection
Personal information collected during the booking process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
Right to Refuse Service
Doiyen reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings that violate our policies, pose safety risks, or involve unlawful, harmful, or inappropriate activity.

Studio Booking Policy
Please review the following guidelines before confirming your booking.
Appointments
All sessions are by appointment only. Walk-ins are not permitted.
Bookings must be confirmed in advance through our booking platform or directly with our team.
Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve the studio.
Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.
Session Time
Your booking includes only the time reserved.
Setup, breakdown, and cleanup must be completed within your session time.
Additional time may be requested but is subject to availability and additional charges.
Rescheduling
Bookings may be rescheduled once provided at least 48 hours’ notice is given.
Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours may not be accommodated.
Late Arrival
A 15-minute grace period may be offered for late arrivals.
After this period, the session may be shortened or cancelled depending on availability.
No-Shows
Failure to arrive for a confirmed session without prior communication will result in forfeiture of the booking fee.
Studio Care
Clients are expected to treat the studio, equipment, and furnishings with care and respect.
Any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning required may result in additional fees.
